The short version
We only collect what you type into our quote form, we use it to respond to you about your job, and we never sell it or use it for advertising. That is the whole policy. The details below spell it out.
What we collect
When you request a quote, you give us your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, and whatever you write about the job. We do not collect anything else, and we do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
Your quote request is emailed to us so we can call or write you back about your job. That is the only use. We do not add you to marketing lists, we do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who handles the data
Two service providers touch this site. FormSubmit delivers your quote request to our inbox as an email. Vercel hosts the website and, like every web host, keeps standard server logs that include IP addresses and browser types for security and reliability. Neither is permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Quote emails stay in our inbox as long as we need them to schedule and complete your job or answer your questions. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it. California residents have these rights under state law, and we extend them to everyone. Just call or text (916) 295-3083.
Children
This site is for booking junk removal and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not weaken your protections without saying so here.
